DFM is deeply honored to have been chosen to carry out an exceptional project at the Sanctuary of Mỹ Sơn, located in central Vietnam and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The site of Mỹ Sơn, the ancient spiritual center of the Cham kingdom, is one of the most remarkable architectural and cultural ensembles in Southeast Asia. Preserving and passing on this heritage is not only a responsibility, but an essential mission so that future generations can continue to admire and be inspired by this cultural treasure.
As part of this project, DFM deployed advanced technological solutions to connect the past to the present:
-
A high-precision 3D digital twin of the archaeological site and artifacts, presented through a 360°/3D web platform for a virtual tour open to all.
-
A dedicated 3D platform for archiving, visualization and digital modeling of monuments, integrating historical and scientific data.
-
Complete digitization of archives and associated documents, linked directly to the digital twin via a modern asset management system.
DFM believes technology is most meaningful when used to protect and highlight the universal values of humanity. Through this project, DFM contributed, at its own level, to the preservation and influence of the Sanctuary of Mỹ Sơn (Vietnam), a timeless symbol of Cham culture.
Being associated with such a large-scale heritage site is both a mark of trust and a source of inspiration for DFM to continue putting technology at the service of culture.
Frédéric Plourde, CEO of DFM Europe, shared:
"I am extremely proud today that our teams were able to contribute to the preservation of such an exceptional site as Mỹ Sơn (Vietnam), listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A project where innovation and heritage come together to connect the past, the present and the future... in a place that is particularly dear to me for more than one reason! Thank you to everyone!"
